Shoulder flies - Cybex vr3 grey

The Cybex VR3 Lateral Raise is a weight stack machine for isolated training of the medial deltoid. The path of motion is guided by the machine's arms, providing a controlled lift without stressing the shoulder joint at extreme ranges of motion. The seat and armrests are adjusted to the user's height so that the axis of rotation aligns with the shoulder joint. The machine is in well-maintained condition with intact cushions and a clean weight stack, and is suitable for commercial gyms, corporate gyms, and well-equipped home gyms.
