Axle flies - Cybex vr3 white

The Cybex VR3 Lateral Raise is a pin-loaded shoulder fly machine for isolated training of the medial deltoids. The machine has a robust steel frame with an adjustable seat and converging arm movement that follows the natural range of motion of the shoulder joint. The weight stack is easily selected with a pin, providing a wide training range for both beginners and experienced gym-goers. Its compact design makes the machine well-suited for commercial gyms, corporate gyms, and home gyms.
