The Cybex VR3 Overhead Press is a seated press machine for shoulders and triceps with a converging movement path. The backrest is contoured and the seat height is adjusted with a pin, allowing the handles to be positioned at the correct height regardless of body length. Two handle grips allow the load to be varied between shoulders and upper arms. The machine is well-maintained with clean pads and a functional weight selector, and is suitable for commercial gyms as well as corporate gyms.
