Rear Delt-Pec Fly - Star Trac Impact

The Star Trac Impact Strength Deltoid is a pin-loaded machine for training the rear shoulders and chest, with movable arm pads that allow both rear deltoid and pectoralis (pec fly) exercises at the same station. The machine features a robust steel frame with an adjustable seat and contoured pads for a stable sitting position during the exercise. Weight selection is easy with a pin via Star Trac's Lock N Load system, enabling quick weight changes between sets. Its construction makes the machine well-suited for commercial gyms, corporate gyms, and home gyms.
