Torso Rotation - Cybex VR3 Grey

The Cybex VR3 Torso Rotator trains the oblique abdominal muscles and torso rotational strength from a standing position with fixed feet. The starting position is infinitely adjustable, allowing the range of motion to be customized and both sides to be trained separately. The chest support and handles lock the upper body in place so that rotation occurs in a controlled manner around a fixed axis. The machine is in good condition with intact upholstery and complete footplates.
