The Cybex VR1 Leg Press is a seated leg press with a weight stack for training the thighs, glutes, and calves. The starting position of the seat is adjustable to several positions so that the range of motion can be adapted to the user's flexibility. The compact frame takes up less floor space than a classic 45-degree leg press but can still handle high loads. The machine is stable and well-maintained with an intact footplate and clean sliding surfaces.
