The Cybex VR3 Leg Press is a seated leg press with a weight stack and linear sled for training the thighs, glutes, and calves. The backrest and starting position are adjusted separately, allowing the range of motion to be adapted to the user's mobility and any knee problems. The large weight stack provides room for progression to high loads. The machine is stable and well-maintained with an intact footplate and clean sliding surfaces.
