Biceps - Cybex vr3 gray

The Cybex VR3 Bicep Curl is a selectorized machine for isolated training of the biceps. The inclined armrest fixes the upper arms so that movement occurs solely in the elbow joint, minimizing cheating with the back and shoulders. The seat height is adjusted so that the arms rest naturally against the support regardless of body length. The unit is in good condition with intact upholstery and a clean weight stack.
