The Cybex VR3 Chest Press is a seated press machine for the chest, anterior deltoids, and triceps. The seat and backrest are adjusted independently so that the handles are at sternum height, and two grip positions allow the load to be shifted between the chest and triceps. The design with a reclined frame provides stable operation even with heavy lifts. The machine is well-maintained with intact upholstery and a functioning weight selector.
