Chin-dip assist - Star Trac

The Star Trac Chin/Dip Assist is an assisted exercise machine for chins and dips, designed to relieve some of the body weight and facilitate exercises for users who cannot yet perform full unassisted repetitions. The machine has a robust steel frame in a light grey powder-coated finish with padded knee pads and parallel handles for dips, as well as pull-up bars for chins. The dual-station setup allows two users to train simultaneously, which is well-suited for commercial gyms and corporate gyms. The construction is compact and stable despite its height, with rubberized footplates for floor protection.
