Glute - Cybex VR1 Gray

The Cybex VR1 Gluteus is a selectorized machine for isolated training of the gluteal muscles. The user stands with their upper body against a chest support and moves one leg backward against the footplate, allowing for controlled hip extension without stressing the lower back. Legs are trained one at a time, which balances out side-to-side differences. The machine is in well-maintained condition with intact pads and complete parts.
