Glute - Matrix reverse

The Matrix Versa Glute is a standing machine for isolated gluteal muscle training. The user supports their upper body against the chest pad and moves one leg backward against the footplate, providing controlled hip extension with low impact on the lower back. The legs are trained one at a time, which helps to even out any side differences. The machine is in good condition with intact pads and a functional weight selector.
