The Cybex VR1 Glute is a pin-loaded machine for isolated training of the gluteal muscles, from Cybex's earlier VR1 generation. The machine has padded supports for the torso and support legs, as well as a movable leg arm that provides a controlled backward extension movement. The weight stack is easily selected with a pin and suits most fitness levels. The robust, compact design makes the machine well-suited for smaller gyms, corporate gyms, and home gyms.
