The Thor Fitness Glute Hip Thruster is a stable plate-loaded machine for effective training of the glutes, hips, and posterior chain. The machine is loaded with 50 mm weight plates and features a padded cushion and a powder-coated steel frame built for commercial use. The safety belt keeps you stable throughout the movement, and the separate footplate can be adjusted to suit users of different heights. A safe and gentle alternative to barbell hip thrusts.
