Rear delt-pec fly - Cybex VR3 gray

The Cybex VR3 Pec Deck is a combined machine for chest flyes and rear deltoids in the same station. The arms are reversed depending on the exercise, allowing both chest muscles and rear deltoids to be trained without changing machines. The seat height is adjusted so that the arms work at shoulder height throughout the entire movement. This unit is in good condition with intact arm pads and a functional swivel mechanism.
