The Cybex VR3 Seated Row trains the lats, middle back muscles, and biceps with an adjustable chest pad that relieves pressure on the lower back. The depth of the pad is adjusted with a pin so that the arms can be fully extended in the starting position. Two grip positions allow for variation between wider and narrower pulls. The machine is well-maintained with intact upholstery and a clean weight stack.
