Rodd s - Cybex VR1 White

The Cybex VR1 Row/Rear Delt is a pin-loaded machine for training the pulling muscles of the back and the rear deltoids, from Cybex's previous VR1 generation. The machine features a padded chest support and multi-grip handles that allow for both rowing and rear delt movements. The weight stack is selected with a pin, providing a training range suitable for most users. Its compact, robust construction makes the machine suitable for smaller gyms, corporate gyms, and home gyms.
