Seated calf press - Star Trac Inspiration

This seated calf press is a plate-loaded machine for isolated training of the calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus). The inclinable knee pad and adjustable seat allow the movement to be adapted to the user's height for a full range of motion. Resistance is provided by free weight plates loaded onto the machine's weight horns, allowing for progressive overload as needed. The low and compact design makes the machine easy to load and unload, and well-suited for smaller gyms and corporate gyms.
