The Cybex VR1 Seated Row/Rear Delt is a combined machine for seated rows and rear shoulder training. Seat height and chest support are adjusted so that the handles can be reached at the correct height for each exercise. Two machines in one make it space-efficient in smaller gym environments. The machine is in well-maintained condition with intact upholstery and a functional weight stack selector.
