The Matrix G7 Seated Row trains the latissimus dorsi, middle back muscles, and biceps with independent arms for each side. The chest pad is depth-adjustable, allowing the arms to be fully extended in the starting position without straining the lower back. Multiple grip positions allow for varying the pulling angle. The machine is in good condition with intact upholstery and a functioning weight selector.
